Paiton Energy’s CSR Program Wins Best Award in 2021

Jakarta, April 23th 2021 – PT Paiton Energy’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs received three awards at the 2021 Indonesia Green Award, as well as three awards from the Top CSR Award 2021. This shows that the CSR program is effective, right on target, and beneficial, both for the community and the environment.

At the Indonesia Green Awards 2021, Paiton Energy managed to get the best assessment in three categories. The award was for the categories of Natural Conservation Tourism Development, Plastic Waste Management, and Technology Engineering in Saving Energy / Using New and Renewable Energy.

Meanwhile, at the TOP CSR Award 2021, Paiton Energy won three awards in three categories. The three of them are the TOP CSR Awards 2021 # Star 4, the TOP Leader on the 2021 CSR Commitment, and the Blekok Bird and Mangrove Conservation Environmental Tourism CSR

The Indonesia Green Awards was organized by The La Tofi School of CSR with the award ceremony on Wednesday, April 7 in Jakarta. Meanwhile, the TOP CSR Award was held in Jakarta on Thursday, April 22. TOP CSR Award is organized by Top Business Magazine in collaboration with several CSR associations and consultants.

President Director of PT Paiton Energy Koichiro Miyazaki said that the award that was won by Paiton Energy is a manifestation of the company’s commitment to protecting the environment and corporate social responsibility for the existence of the surrounding community.

“The award received by Paiton Energy is clear proof of the company’s seriousness in maintaining its social responsibility towards society. We believe in the value that the presence of a business entity must provide tangible benefits to the surrounding community, “said Miyazaki, who won the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2021 award.
