Paiton Energy and the Indonesian Red Cross Forge Strategic Partnership for Humanitarian Programs

Paiton Energy has entered into a strategic partnership with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) to support various humanitarian initiatives. The signing ceremony took place at PMI’s Headquarters in Jakarta, attended by Paiton Energy’s President Director, Fazil Erwin Alfitri, and PMI’s Chairman, Jusuf Kalla.

This collaboration encompasses initiatives such as environmental conservation, disaster preparedness, and improving public health and well-being through programs focusing on reforestation, disaster education, health promotion, and humanitarian aid.

Fazil Erwin Alfitri reaffirmed Paiton Energy’s commitment to sustainable development through its CSR programs. “We believe this collaboration will bring long-term benefits to society and the environment,” he stated.

PMI Chairman Jusuf Kalla expressed appreciation for Paiton Energy’s contributions to PMI’s humanitarian mission. “This partnership demonstrates how the private sector can actively contribute to enhancing societal well-being,” he said.

Aiming for Lasting Positive Impact

The collaboration between Paiton Energy and PMI aims to deliver tangible contributions in areas such as environmental preservation, disaster preparedness, and social welfare. Regular evaluation and development of the programs are expected to strengthen the synergy and extend its impact for the greater good of Indonesian communities.

This partnership serves as a testament to how the private sector can collaborate with humanitarian organizations to create larger and more sustainable impacts. Paiton Energy remains committed to supporting its CSR initiatives through the Pentahelix approach—synergizing efforts between the government, communities, academia, businesses, and media in every program they implement.

Through this agreement, Paiton Energy and PMI reaffirm their commitment to improving the welfare of Indonesian society, supporting environmental conservation, and strengthening social resilience across regions. The agreed programs are anticipated to foster sustainable positive changes for both the people and the environment in Indonesia.
