PROGRAM ENRICHMENT
Background
This program was conducted by Paiton Selaras Foundation since 2015 until 2019 and participated by 873 students from non-technical and technical majors. The objective of this program is to give experience and knowledge to the students in Power Generation, both in terms of knowledge, practice of operation and maintenance the Power Plant as well as the health and safety standards during the operation.
Students can choose between a field course, presentation, or case study. Below is the educational background chart for this year.
VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER
Background
The vocational training center is a forum that accommodates training activities under the Paiton Selaras Foundation and Paiton Energy, particularly in power generation, to educate and develop other members of society, and to create skilled workers through the Community & Development Program.
The vocational training center is aimed to be the center of excellence in power generation by providing education, competency-based training, and working together with the government or other institutions in the education sector, establishing strategic partnerships with the business world, and empowering communities through the Community & Development program to educate the community and encourage independent entrepreneurship.
