Sekar Ayu is a small and medium enterprise (SME) which is guided by the CSR Paiton Energy Program that manufactures products made from moringa plants. Sekar Ayu aims to help the local integrated health service center (posyandu) to provide additional nutritional food every month, to develop people skills in food processing, and to help housewives to gain additional skills and earn more money.
The products of SME Sekar Ayu are moringa powder and cookies. In this year, CSR Paiton Energy Program supported Sekar Ayu by initiating workshops. Sekar Ayu together with CSR Paiton Energy works together with Probolinggo Regency Health Agency, Probolinggo Trade and Industry Agency (Disperindag) and Probolinggo Cooperative Agency.
