HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for In Asia 2021

On Tuesday, 7 Sept 2021, Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (Paiton Energy) received HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 award for the first time.

Accepting this award during the ceremony is Bapak Sugiyanto as the President Director and Plant Manager for Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia. 

The HR Asia Best Companies to work for in Asia Awards 2021 is an award judged solely by employee based on a model Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey.  The survey cover issues of leadership and organization, culture and ethic, active initiative, emotional engagement, intention and motivation, behavior and advocacy, collective consciousness , workplace and team dynamic. 

After that, an audit session was held with the HR Asia award committee panelists to ensure actual evidence of the programs are carried out, such as employee engagement programs, people development programs, special employee programs during the covid situation and other activities to put more emphasis on the workplace.

This is truly a great achievement as part of contribution  from leadership and organization member of Paiton Operation and Maintenance Indonesia (Paiton Energy).
